Patricia & Innerflow
Various people from home and abroad have inspired me and assisted me in my personal quest.
This has allowed me to experience the freedom of stepping off the beaten track. It has taught me how it feels to build up a library of new behaviours and experiences and to stand in my power.
I have found more peace, balance and clarity, partly through connecting with my body and being able to trust my intuition. It is a privilege to be able to explore and remember who I am at my core.

Children are mirrors of our unconscious patterns.
When we dare to look into these mirrors with awareness and acceptance, we create a space in which both the adult and the child can grow.

Innerflow - name and mission
It is the movement from within, recognising what throws you off balance while remaining attuned to the wisdom of your body and the voice of your intuition.
Innerflow Family Constellations in practice
What I often hear:
- I experience stress from my work.
- I don’t have a good relationship or connection with my family members.
- I experience fear of everything that is new.
- I don’t dare to speak up, for example, to present something or to talk about something that affects me.
- I have exam stress.
- I have no idea how to deal with my child, their behaviour is so intense
- I am not in a steady relationship and would like to connect with someone else
- I wonder why I am here on earth, what is my task or purpose
- I am afraid of being rejected

Experience and education
After completing my training as a primary school teacher, I immediately went on to specialise as a remedial educationalist.
In the years that followed, I worked as a teacher, remedial teacher and remedial educationalist, supporting children and young people with a wide range of educational and behavioural problems.
Children and young people
I gained extensive experience in the outpatient counselling of children and young people with:
- non-congenital brain injury (NAH)
- epilepsy
- physical or intellectual disabilities
- long-term illness
The approach is trauma-sensitive, tailored and focused on genuine contact.
Young people and young adults who have experience with low-threshold or recreational use of plant medicines/psychedelics can also find support in integrating and giving meaning to these experiences. Especially when those experiences cause confusion, touch on old pain or raise questions about identity, direction or connection.
Adults
The field of work later expanded to include adults, for example in the role of employment integration teacher. In these programmes, the focus is on strengthening self-esteem, rediscovering connection and finding new direction in life and work.
Deepening and training
In recent years, there has been a deepening of systemic and body-oriented work, including through:
- Year-long training in family and organisational constellations
- Tao and the art of family constellations
- Life Integration Process (LIP)
- Constellation Intensive (attachment trauma and transgenerational trauma)
- Training as a Somatic Plant Medicine Integration Practitioner
Method
Guidance is provided in a holistic, trauma-sensitive and systemic manner.
- The characteristics:
- attentive presence
- deep listening, including to what is not said
- gentle communication
Approach
- I have faith in the field, in what can be seen and experienced in the here and now.
- I trust that the right movement will present itself and wants to be felt/seen.
- I help you by not helping, I guide you to trust the intuition and intelligence of your body
- I respect the boundaries of the system, even when this means that an event or emotion will remain “hidden”
- I do not do constellations with children and do not raise children’s issues. Instead, I work with mothers and/or fathers, carers and/or teachers and (healthcare) professionals.
Mission
My mission is to help you remember who you really are — to witness the integration of all inner parts; the traumatic memories, the imprints of your family and the blueprint or your essence and life energy.
